Doow seats are for your team members who log in to Doow: finance admins, IT managers, procurement leads. Tracked employees are members whose app usage you're monitoring across departments. Every plan includes unlimited tracked employees.
Smart tokens power Derek and Mina, the AI assistants built into Doow. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance. Tokens are consumed when the AI analyzes your data, answers questions, or takes actions on your behalf. If you exceed your allowance, additional tokens are billed at $3 per million.
A metered event is any usage data point Doow ingests from your connected apps. This includes API calls, user activity signals, and telemetry from the Doow SDK or observability integrations. Each plan includes a monthly event allowance, with overages billed at $1.50 per million events.
